Fathers & Sons is a dance piece in which I worked on the lighting design. The show was performed as part of the Resolution Festival at The Place for Dance in London. Under the choreography of Adrian Look, known for his artistic ambition to deliver excellence and innovation within dance theatre and faithful to the German Tanztheater traditional style, it tells a story of difficult relationships between fathers and sons.

This project was a great opportunity to approach a lighting design for contemporary dance, which is a format I am deeply interested in. As a designer, this type of shows really permit me to experiment and create more visually led scenes which, in a theatre representation, would be harder to find an excuse to use them.
